Mosaic Flower Tag

Hi Friends:  Today's creation is a mosaic flower tag.  The tag was colored with Fired Brick and Worn Lipstick Distress Stains and a bit of Glimmer Mist, then edged with Black Soot.   The focal flower was cut with the Tattered Florals die and tiled using the Distress Paper Mosaic Kit; the grout was colored with Fired Brick Distress Ink.  The lace and ribbon were colored with the same Distress Ink colors as the base tag.  For the wood-grain background behind the main flower, I used wood sheets colored with the Paint Resist technique using Black Soot Paint and Fired Brick Distress Stain. The lace was sewn to the top / bottom of the wood paper. The smaller flowers were cut with the Tiny Tattered Florals die, and inked with the same Distress colors; the leaves were inked with Mowed Lawn.  The labels were stamped and sewn to the edges of the tag.  The tag was finished off with some Foliage Flowers, Industrious Stickers, and gems from my stash.  I will probably use the tag to create a card.  Thanks for taking a peek.  Have a great day!
